- All of our pieces are made to order. Generally, we produce each piece within one week of purchasing and then ship. We are able to accomodate rush orders but they include a 15% additional fee. Feel free to use the "Contact" link on the top of the page to send us any and all questions regarding shipping and delivery. We aim to accomodate every one of our customers.
- Privacy & Security
- All your information is private and secure with us. Period.
- Returns & Replacements
- Since all of our pieces are made to order, we will only accept returns or replacements if there is a manufacture's defect. We ask that you provide detailed photos of the defect in an email to help@tarbooinc.com and we will accomodate shipping and the return.
